Article: Château Clarisse… a brand first

Château Clarisse… a brand first

In September 2020, the magazine Patrimoine Privé devoted two pages of its Vins & Vignobles section to Château Clarisse, Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion, and to its owners’ ambition: to make it a brand first and foremost.

‘After two years of searching, we truly fell in love with this wine estate, which brings terroir and climate together in harmony. Everything here seemed to be in place to make a wine as I imagined it, rich in aroma and full of subtlety. In the face of terroir, the more man steps back, the better the wine,’ says the owner, Olivia Le Calvez. (...) ‘(...) All our efforts today are aimed at making Clarisse a brand, by creating a consistent product at attractive prices (...),’ Didier Le Calvez tells us.

Patrimoine Privé no. 72, September-October-November 2020 issue, pages 76 and 77.

Article published in 2020: some of the figures and practices it describes no longer reflect the estate’s current situation.
