Château Clarisse, Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, Cuvée Allegria 2021, has been selected by the prestigious Guide Hachette des Vins 2025, a benchmark guide for wine lovers. Each year, the guide conducts a blind tasting of 35,000 wines to select only the best 6,500, which are then rated from 1 to 3 stars. Of these, only 500 are awarded the title of ‘Coup de Coeur’.   Château Clarisse, Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, with its fruity cherry and berry flavours, stood out from the rest, winning 1 star for its balance between generosity, round tannins and a clean finish. Perfect as an aperitif, this red wine goes wonderfully with cheese, charcuterie, tapas and chocolate desserts.
