Clarisse, Chardonnay, Vin de France

Our first white vintage, from plot no. 1. Aged 50% in French oak barrels for 8 months and 50% in stainless steel tanks.

A highly aromatic wine, with the typicality of Chardonnay and a touch of creaminess due to barrel ageing, well counterbalanced by the freshness of the juices left in vats.

Enjoy it in its youth with fine seafood (shellfish, fish) or white meats, grilled or in sauce.
