We are currently receiving our new barrels, which will soon host a part of our 2022 vintage! Indeed, we keep on integrating each year 50% of new barrels, on top of the “one wine barrels” already used with the previous vintage. This year, we are delighted to be one of the vineyard participating to a trial with our cooper from Cognac, Seguin-Moreau, in using a reusable cover to reduce the use of plastic film in the coming years.
